The main level is filled with many windows and natural light and consists of a living room, dining room, newly updated kitchen (with additional dining space, double oven, convection oven, microwave) with sliding doors to the back patio, 1/2 bath, Master bedroom with a queen bed and master bath with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and walk in shower. The upper level has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 twin beds, a loft area, and a full bathroom that has a bathtub and overhead shower. The lower level has an additional bedroom with a twin bed, a bathroom with a walk in shower, and a family room with a large T.V. and Fireplace. Additional Sleeping -We would also have a few mattresses that could be put on the floor with sleeping bags as well as a double size futon should you be traveling with more guests than we have beds for. The yard contains a patio table for outdoor dining, firepits for your campfire enjoyment, and a dock on the channel to fish off of or to enjoy the tranquility. There is a canoe and paddle boat for your use as well. Our home is on a channel which leads out to Lake Buttes des Morts. The nature on the channel is beautiful in the summer as you may see turtles, cranes, and more on your journey out to the lake! Vehicle Rental - Should you need a vehicle during your stay, we can provide one for your use to rent while you are here. Please request details if interested. No smoking or pets please. We provide new clean sheets, and blow up mattresses if needed, along with all towels and washcloths. Home has 6 beds and comfortably accommodated 10 for last years event. Wine fridge fully stocked with water and beer! Camping chairs and coolers provided to use during the event.

This house lies within the heart of Oshkosh! It’s a perfect location for any family or business event! There are four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and all of them have TVs! The property lies within walking distance of the University, the waterfront with a fantastic bar and grill and walking trails along the water! In addition you are near the Oshkosh Museum and the Paine Arts Center! There is a fantastic front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold adult beverage after a day of travels. If you are visiting EAA, it’s about a five minute drive and I have secret parking passes for better access! It is easy access to interstate 41 and easier access To the University and downtown! There is a fenced in backyard and patio for outdoor relaxation! It’s a great venue to stay for the Packer game at half the cost. Travel time to Lambeau Field is about 15 minutes. Also if you want to take in a Brewer game it’s about an hour and 15 minute drive!
